I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was stunning with a beautiful view of the castle and the village below, and the service was wonderful with friendly staff who spoke multiple languages. On the downside, the room had a draining issue which took quite a while for water to go down, and it was also quite cold during my stay. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but I appreciated the views and the staff's hospitality.
